Daily Grind Fitness Classes 

Daily Grind offers guidance from our experienced team to best help you reach your health and fitness goals. We believe in building a foundation of fueling our bodies, challenging ourselves physically, and achieving a balanced lifestyle. 

Classes are approximately 60 minutes, where our coaches will take you through a warm up, and the prescribed workout of the day. 

Workouts vary day to day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals regardless of experience or age.

Kids and Teens Classes Ages 7-11 & 12+  



Nutrition is the foundation of our daily lives. It fuels our activities, our mood, and most importantly our overall health. 

We believe in a whole food approach, eating to support your goals whether it be in the gym or outside! Sticking to the basics of quality ingredients and moderation. We offer education on how to eat for what your specific goals are and work one on one with a personal coach.
